Will Smith has spilled the beans on the difficulties the cast and crew of Bad Boys 4 faced while filming due to co-star Vanessa Hudgens' growing baby bump.
During the interview with Kevin Frazier from Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday, Will Smith recalled about working with mom-to-be in Bad Boys: Ride or Die.
He noted, “So, the strike happened [and] when she came back and we had to finish the movie, it was really [about] trying to figure out how to shoot around [the bump]."
Will continued praising Vanessa, saying she's "a hard worker" who "wants to get it done."
The Pursuit of Happyness actor further recalled his sweet words of encouragement to the High School Musical star, noting, "I was like, 'No, don't worry. You'll always be able to tell your child that they were in this scene with you.'
For the unversed, the filming of Bad Boys 4 began in March 2023, but was stalled due to the SAG-AFTRA actors strike, which lasted for 118 days from July to November 2023.
Bad Boys: Ride or Die is the fourth installment of the Bad Boys franchise, which is slated to release in cinemas on June 7, 2024.
