Prince Harry returned to the Court of Appeal on the final day of his legal battle over his UK security arrangements.

The Duke of Sussex landed in the UK from California to attend the two-day appeal hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice.

In his case, he is challenging a court order that dictates whether he, Meghan, Archie, and Lilibet are entitled to receive taxpayer-funded bodyguards during their visits to Britain.

On the first day of the appeal hearing, Shaheed Fatima KC, representing Prince Harry, argued that the Duke had been "singled out" for "inferior treatment" as his high level security from the Metropolitan Police was removed.

In a court, she stated that the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec) made its February 2020 decision.

The organization did not fulfill the application of "its own terms of reference".

She asserted that Ravec created a "different and so-called 'bespoke process.’”

"The appellant does not accept that 'bespoke' means 'better'. In fact, in his submission, it means that he has been singled out for different, unjustified and inferior treatment," Fatima told the court.

To note, the case focused on the level of security for the Duke and his family when he visits his home country after stepping back from royal duties.
