Sidharth Malhotra chose to celebrate his first wedding anniversary with Kiara Advani by publicly wishing her with love.
On Wednesday, he posted a picture on his Instagram, where the duo is sitting on separate horses, riding along a lush field of greenery as the sun shines its bounty on their heads.
“It’s not the journey or the destination, it’s the company that matters. Thank you for being the best partner on this crazy ride called life,” the star captioned the image, sealing it with a hashtag of happy anniversary.
He married the Kabir Singh actress in a grand ceremony held at Jaisalmer on February 7, 2023. It received such extensive media coverage that their wedding photos became the most-liked Indian Instagram post to date.
Both remained tight-lipped about their wedding preparations until opening up in Koffee with Karan afterwards.
Kiara said that Sidharth popped the question while they were walking after finishing a candlelight dinner in Rome.
A violinist suddenly jumped out of the bush and began playing a sweet melody as Sidharth spoke to her. At one point, from running out of things to say, he even started reciting dialogues from their movie Shershaah!
