Changing for better

Recently, much has been said and published in the media about the imposition of capital gains tax (CGT) and subsequent decision by the government to accede to the proposals made by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). It is refreshing to see a regulator, probably the best of them out there, guiding the government to better and sensible decisions. That's how it ought to be for many other vital sectors.
