Neelam Munir gets her first dose of COVID-19 vaccine

Pakistan is currently experiencing the third wave of Coronavirus pandemic. The health experts have declared the third wave more dangerous and deadlier than the previous two.

Amid the alarming situation, renowned Pakistani celebrities have come forward to urge their fans and followers to follow the necessary precautions against COVID-19 and get vaccinated to curb the outbreak of the virus.

Recently, famed Pakistani TV and film actress Neelam Muneer Khan shared a video of herself receiving her first shot of the COVID-19 vaccine.

The Qayamat famed actress took to her Instagram handle and wrote: “Today my mother and I got the first dose of vaccination for COVID.”

Sharing the video, she further added, “I made this video just to encourage others to do the same.” Muneer also urged her followers to follow COVID-19 guidelines and get vaccinated.

She also shared details from where she got vaccinated in her post.

Earlier in December 2020, the Dil Mom Ka Diya star had tested positive for COVID-19. She had called the experience “one of the most challenging and difficult things that personally me and my family have ever had to endure.”

Besides Muneer, celebrities including, Nida Yasir, Adnan Siddiqui, Samina Peerzada and Bushra Ansari have also got their first shot of coronavirus vaccine.
